• If a student has requested that his student directory information not be released, then the only institutional data in the online directory is his email address. The Information Release & Directory Publication Policy gives details regarding this option.
• You may only update the User Supplied Information and any updates will not be reflected in the official University data files.
• If the email address has been set by the system then you may want to contact this person to verify that the email address is correct.
• Students must contact Records and Registration to change their official University information.
• Faculty must contact their Personnel Department to change their official University information.
